Yes, I would hate to check my cholesterol levels this week. Still eating leftovers, which are full of delicious, healthy ingredients and plenty of fat. Nothing better than some apple and pumpkin pie for breakfast the morning after.

I think I need some OATMEAL!!
Which brings to mind the fact that there are only 19 days to SB!!
Hope they have some snow.

I will update the steamboat conditions thread later today but they have been making a lot of snow and there is another storm heading our way laer this week if the flows workout.

Oatmeal, yes, I have been eating my low sugar apples and cinnamon almost every day now. Fortunately, According to my scale, it says I should be eating about 2000 calories a day so I need to fuel up. Down to 174 as of this weekend.... Following surgery in mid April I was 183

Gary, Jim and Ed, please leave some snow and fresh tracks for the rest of us laggards.

It's a very big mountain with lots of snow falling....

It's Steamboat and there will be tons of lovely trails to set our edges in....can't wait.

With any luck, the boat will pick up a couple more feet in the upcoming week. This would help to get some of Pioneer Ridge open or at least Morningside park.

Is anyone excited about being skiing in Steamboat next weekend??
I am, just a little.
Went to Elk on saturday. Got a few runs in. Ski patrol "looked the other way" when I ducked under the closed trail tape to try
my legs on some small ungroomed stuff, when I told them I needed the practice for an upcoming trip to SB!

Oh and BTW, if Ron works just a little bit this week, he will become the first RSer to break 1000 posts. So, Ron, make these last 10 posts MEANINGFUL. 
But don't feel pressured.

Hey Gang...looks like snow today, Thursday and Friday in Steamboat..at least that's what my weather elfs tell me.

They think it will be sunny Sat thru most of the  new week....so bring your sun screen and shades.
