John Botti's My Turns Article
« on: January 30, 2007, 10:41:31 pm »
John:

Excellent article all the way around.  Not too wordy, easy reading, wonderful explanation of your progression, and overall very informative.  I would think it could be very insightful for all skiers.

I had detected Harald's 'implicit acceptance' of the guy you were getting coaching from, didn't realize he was a former tech coach for the US Ski Team (and Harald's reaction is especially interesting given his lack of respect for the current coach).  Thanks very much.

Thanks Jim. It was alot of fun. I have spent quite a bit if time with Harald. He does not rave about a lot of name ski coaches. He really thinks very highly of Thor. Thor worked with Tommy Moe a lot when he first came to the US ski team and that is something Thor and Harald have in common (coaching Tommy Moe). JB.

Nice job bud!  Good reading. I think a lot of us here have similarities in our journey towards perfect turns.
