Larger Avatar size

I changed the max size of the Avatar a little bit to use more of the space that was already reserved in the left margin.


Existing Avatar's won't change, but upload it again and it will resize to the new settings.


FWIW, the new size is a 5x8 ratio, so I think a picture with that size ratio in the original will probably downsize with the least distortion.  Before I even said anything, Lynn noticed that her reloaded Avatar looks better with the current settings.


I'll probably delete this after a week or so, but wanted to put it here so everyone would see it.
