Weather predictions 2011
« on: September 13, 2010, 05:25:09 pm »
Here are two leading weather prediction sources, with differing predictions for the 2011 ski season.
Which one do you think is more accurate on a regular basis and which one are you banking on for your ski season travels.

A - Joe Bastardi

or
B - Farmers Almanac

Sometimes you just need to let your Bad Self ski!!

I vote for Joe Bastardi!! If he is right most of us who ski the Rockies will be pumped. Not lovin the farmers Almanac. Have no idea who has the better track record.

Hard for that to happen to me. Last year was amongst the worst snow years in MT and the skiing was still great pretty much all year. Yes , less powder days but stll great skiing. My ski year is no longer defined by how many uber powder days I ski. Knowing that I take whatever comes. Now hopefully I haven't jinxed your ski year!!
