I have both the B5 and the M10. I'm 5'10" @ 240. I love my M10's, 164. I spend most of my time at a smaller ski area. The 10's are more forgiving then the B5's, easier to initiate a turn, good in crud, but definitely have a speed limit.  On the bigger slopes, I perfer the B5's. Better edge hold (for us NE skiers), much much faster top end, that I really never use. I ski a 162. Personally, I demoed the 11's, and didn't like them. If you are looking for a 1 ski - carver, these are great skis.
