Thought this might be fun....take up to 3 things you want to work on to improve your skiing...

Happy New Year All!

Me first:

1)Pull the free foot (uphill) back always
2)Pole plants pole plants pole plants

Now you're turn...

1  Finish each turn with balance on the uphill LTE.

2  Use the pole plant to cue tipping of the downhill foot to initiate turrns,

3  Spend at least ten days learning from the Ski Doc.

While I think about mine, do you do #1 in the Clendenin method? Is that not a weighted ski?

Happy new year.

1) a reliable, well timed pole plant
2) become a passable bump skier
3) pull free foot back

The last one is interesting.  I was skiing yesterday and twice caught an edge free skiing using technique gained from the HH clinic last year.  I figured that I must not be pulled back and once I focused on that, things got rock solid.
