DAY 2-  I figure this will become my journal so if its boring, just ignore it! Hope you guys don't mind me posting this.

definetly feel the workout yesterday, mostly in the quad and inner thigh area of my right leg, this is exaclty what I was hoping for.

Kind of an off-day. Rode the stationary bike at an easy pace for 1/2 hour. Was assigned as "home work" to do bicep workout.

pyramids: starting with 35#bumbells (should have started with 30 but don't have them) 12 reps, immediately go to 25# 10 reps, immediately to 20# 8 reps, 15# 4 reps, back up - 2 sets. I feel the burn.....

Tomorrow is core-max class and then main workout.
