It's the country where "Wi Sekbotumlespow".? If you Seek Bottomless Powder, you will "Find Land" underneath the bottomless powder.? Yeah, I know, bottomless is a conundrum if you find land under it. and bottomless powder itself may be an oxymoronism, but that's where Findland is, anyway.

Thank you Jim for covering my back...I just spoke with Wi and he was quite taken back that Ron was not aware of his small country fo Findland!

Now that sausage thing:

Now I must say being from western NY any pasta served with Italian sausage is a good pasta.  ;D

But if there's an ettiqute thing, and I'm just showing up for dinner....the cooks choice prevails.

I bow to those with greater knowledge than this Rochester chopper upper!
Me no chef....me chopper upper boy!  8)

Ragu is Ok ONLY and ONLY if you locked down due to any natural disaster, you run out of red paint, or your plane crashed and rather than eat your buddy, you open the Ragu.

We western NY's may be undeducated like you real eastern boys but one thing is....

we make a the good a sauce!  ;D

Actually I don't make anything in the kitchen except like survival food.

I chop chop chop for the likes of your hot tempered, brutally and unforgiving chef's like you and Phil... :-\

But...there is a price to pay.....I accept the consequences happily!  ::)

Now  can we have spicy Italian Sausage with the Rigatoni?

 ;D

It will be discussed ;) . depends what we can find at the grocery for the meat base.

Rule of thumb with matching sauces with the carrier (macaroni), is the heavier the sauce, the heavier the macaroni. Macaroni is only used to carry the sauce to the mouth.

Slow down here Ron...       Gary, I think the title "Dishwasher Operations Manager" fits you perfect.
