Ah well...another year...AND IT ALMOST FREAKN' SKI TIME....

Had a wondeful weekend birthday with lots of golf, great food, a B&B get away and some great golf shirts....oh and some awesome cards.

Must be the older you get, the more things card companies can find funny to talk about.

Now Ron....sent me this card he made which I will try and post....this man has talent never seen before...oh yeah and he sent this terrific HH Golf Shirt....(Helly Hansen not Harold Harb) and it's guess what color....yes indeed...Orange!.....saweeeet!

Now....I'm back at work recovery from a birthday weekned....another year older has never been so much fun!

Best,
G

Gary:

Congratulations.  And how old are you.  I think you may have temporarily caught up to me???

Glad it was such a good time.  Cards get funnier as we get older because we get more able to laugh at ourselves and to enjoy others laughing along.  (at least that's what I tell myself as people make fun of me)

Hey Gary,

Happy Birthday! Congrats on making it through another year of verbal pummeling on this forum without suffering any lasting emotional damage.  Does getting older mean we have to be nicer to you now? You know...the written equivalent of geriatric hugs? All gentle and cozy-like, and no hard squeezing 'cause we wouldn't want to bruise the delicate skin.

Cheers Bud! Glad you had a great celebration.  All the best for another year...

Gary,

Did your weekend celebration get rained out? I was driving along the north shore of Lake Ontario on Saturday afternoon, and looking south toward Rochester it appeared that it was getting thumped by a good storm.  Huge cumulonimbus clouds over the south shore.  You must have angered Thor, the Norse god of thunder...

Svend, who says I haven't suffered any lasting damages......come on tell me their name... >:D
Be nice to me..what are you crazy....what fun would that be....nah...we've got a great group here, witty and fun loving. It's always a blast trading barbs and grenades.

And yes I prefer soft squeezing to hard squeesing  ::)..heh....you asked!

YOu know, we had no rain on Saturday but lightning strikes 20 miles away. Sunday it rained for about an 1hour but we took a lunch break and finished 18.

And Jim..I'm one year older than last year and ten years younger than you...nah buddy....I think we're about the same age....I just turned 59 and I still think it's all about feeling good and staying in shape....so far I'm good on both counts.

Glenn, never to late for this party...thanks to you and all for the Birthday wishes.

Bought some ski pants from STP. A bit big, but I seem to grow into ski pants by ski season.  ::)
Am really enjoying my new job. Very busy, always something to do which works for me. I would rather the day fly by, than wonder when it will ever end.

Hmmm....am I dating myself....wasn't STP an additive for high performance engines years ago? Wait, I Goggled it....it still is..

Ok Lynn...what kind of slick state of the art "go fast" additive are you slathering all over yourself....your RS brothers will want EDIT: TO KNOW!

I think maybe those quads are just bulking up for the ski season...all that gardening and biking works the quads hard don't you know!

Glad you're busy at work...I would have to agree.....to much time on hand is never a good thing...well unless we're skiing!
Best,
G

Sorry gary, I think this is wht you intended? I know you didn't intend the original post.
