Gary:

You missed one other 165  --- Lynn's weight.   ;D ;D ;D

And, sadly, my weight when I got back from Viet Nam 40 years and 40 pounds ago.

Glenn, I must accede to your point count. The messenger bag is indeed a more frequent visitor to SAC than the CRKT knife!! The computer version was on this morning!!
They must have a special factory where they spew them out just for SAC.

Come on now folks Gary made an impassioned plea for commaridity (sp) and all we can talk about is Lynn's apparent ballooning weight problem and SAC repeat products ( i also vote for reef sandles)

165 is not my target weight, you would have to call me Karen Carpenter if I got anywhere near that. Thanks Gary.

165, the times Gary will tune his skis in one week of skiing

165, the minutes it takes for Lynn to get her boots on

165, the age of Jims blue ski jacket...... >:D

I just hope your back is strong cause Lynn is bringing extra clothes and 2 pairs of skis this year! As far as your weight...hmmm...the re's still time to save yourself, yes......push away from the table sinner...eat dates instead of them there Snickers, yogurt instead of bacon, fish instead of ribs...buy tight pants, your body will get the message!

Come on man...RS XX is just around the corner...gotta be there! ?;D

Excellent Ron, thank you very much.? ;D ;D? I saw that same move by the submarine Dallas in "Hunt for Red October".?
I'm sure Lynn had me in her "schlepping gun-sites" and you gallantly cut right in front and offered yourself as an even more inviting target.?
Off the hook I am, I'll bet.

Gary:? RealSkiers XX (as in 20)???? ??? ???? I would love to be there.? ?8)? 8)? I'll be 77 years old and certainly would love to be still skiing.?
I'll probably be wearing those butt support / shock absorber things like I've seen at Vail (for those that can't stand on their own and ski).
(And Depends so I don't have yellow icicles on my skis or need to stop in the lodge after every three runs)??

RS 20 yes....we'll be there....hopefully no Depends...

Hmmmm.....wondering what skis and boots will look like then?

Will skis have some new Martian materials which make their topskins moisture resitant?

Will boots come with there own soundtracks for those happy sounds when putting them on?

Any thoughts?

More importantly, will we be skiing indoors or still outdoors?
Will we be skiing on snow or some substitute?
Will it be in Colorado or Northern Canada or Dubai?
And most importantly, how many injuries will Ron have racked up by then?

And most disturbing, in 20 years Ron will only be as old as I am now!!!? ?:o :o

geez Jim from the sounds it ....ROn may never be as old as you are now... :P

But good thoughts though....hmmm...ho w about skiing outside on Martian or Lunar soils....skiing all year around....we need a surface that the global warming won't remove from our precious slopes so quickly.

Gotta be the USA....has to be!

WHile Ron maybe all racked up by then, he'll still be out making turns....just cause....the rest of us will!

I will be rebuilt by then, basically like the guy in Robocop...... Afterall, I will shortly have a bullet-proof kevlar reinforced groin.

I like your thinking Gary, in 20 years you may be incontinent and be dribbbling all over my gear. However, I still won't be able to catch you!

In 20 years?? ??? ??? ???  I thought that was a last year story of yellow stains on skis?
