Some reading for you.? The only thing I don't agree with (or at least don't do) is reduce the DIN setting for age.

This has all of the bindings in it, but you can find the Railflex stuff down towards the bottom.

Wow.? Jim, that is some good stuff.? I ran through the din setting guide and it had me at 8.5 so I think 8 is good.? I concur about reducing the din for age since aggressive is aggressive.? I'm actually stronger now than I was 20 years ago since I took up running 15 years ago.?

I can't thank you enough for the Tyrolia Technical manual.? I looked for something like that and couldn't find it.? I'll have to ask my brother if the rails (base) is already on the ski.? I suspect not since he mentioned three holes on the one without the binding mounted.
