Great pictures.
I did that on an early April ski trip a couple of years ago when the temperatures got up into the 70's.? Heck of a long drive, but well worth the scenery.? I then drove from Moab up the Colorado River basin which was also nice trip.? If any of you are Jeep freaks, there is also a big Jeep Jamboree each spring at Moab.
