Well I guess conditions in Utah are a little thin.

I packed for every contingency: 3 pair of skis, clothing for sub-zero to forty degrees.

I didn't think of the mountain bike.

Well a bad day in Little Cottonwood Canyon is better than a good day anywhere else. I learned to ski in Michigan and skied everyday as a high school competitor in New Hampshire; a little ice & thin cover isn't going to bother me!

And Colorado is looking very good. Unlike the boys at TGR; we don't need deep snow to rip it.
