Skis should already have the rail mounted on to the ski??
In a perfect world.? However, in this world, the skis came with the bindings mounted on just one ski he tells me.
Then all you do is clip the bindings to the carrier bar and slide the carrier onto the rail.? No tools required except a dime ( or a flat head scredriver) to tighten the center screw.
? I'll have to read up on that.
DIN rules haven't changed, even since YOU were a kid, so whatever your old bindings were set to would be OK.? Actually, flex systems like this can get by with a lower DIN setting because the forward pressure doesn't increase and decrease as the ski flexes.? I'm 5'11", age 59, 195 pounds and a level 6 skier and never have pre-release problems with a DIN of 6.5? (boot sole length is 315 which is the other factor in DIN values).
? I'll have to check up on that too.? I was tired of popping out on FIS moguls and had my Solomon 555's set on 5, which was as high as they went.
Ok, since you have removed the threat of lemon and salt, feel free to ask questions after you read the manual.
Funny, my Tilapia didn't complain about the lemon and salt at all.? Perhaps you are higher up on the phylum than midwif suggested.
