Offset Boots

I know of  three manufacturers who are making boots in  which the toes of the skier are slightly rotated to the outside of each boot theoretically for a more natural stance. These are Nordica, Fischer, and Atomic. Each manufacturer seems to accomplish this throught different methods. Are their any more out their? Which boots? What are the widths of the lasts? Please any and all info...  Thanks
